Job Summary: 
The Sr. Manager, CRM sits at the intersection of Technology, Data, and Marketing overseeing the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the customer relationship management platforms used by the business units across YEB. This person will be skilled in Data Architecture, Marketing Technology, and Business Intelligence and collaborate closely with senior business unit leaders to improve retention and growth through data flow design, system adoption, and platform management. 
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT and Marketing teams to develop and implement CRM systems/tools to achieve the CRM vision.
- Lead continuous improvement of the CRM program through strategy, data analysis, and process enhancements.
- Identify and implement new CRM solutions to optimize data performance, user experience, and ROI.
- Rollout CRM projects, including new features, optimizations, and dashboards.
- Oversee third-party tool integrations with the CRM.
- Develop and maintain the data architecture and flow strategy to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and quality.
- Optimize existing channel strategies, including onboarding workflows, triggered campaigns, personalization, and targeted segmentation.
- Develop strategies for training and adoption of CRM platforms, tools, and features.
- Teach and mentor staff and franchisees on CRM systems usage.
- Provide expertise as a technical resource to solve complex business issues, focusing on data integration and database design.
- Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and follow change management processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architecture, flows, and integration processes.
- Lead the development of clear A/B testing frameworks to enhance growth and retention.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR, and SMS regulations.
 Education and Experience:
- 8+ years of marketing technology experience, including senior-level CRM experience.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot, Salesforce, Iterable, or comparable platforms).
- Familiarity with best practices in CRM marketing, data analytics, customer service, and retention/loyalty.
- Hands-on experience with big data ecosystems for data integration, storage, compute frameworks, analytics, and visualization.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL programming preferred.
- Experience with web analytics and business insight reporting.
 Skills/Abilities:
- Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Responsible for data integrity, maintaining, and improving CRM data architecture.
- Develop new workflows, processes, and standards to drive business needs and improve the system.

As the right-hand to the BU Controller for Streamline Brands, this will be a highly visible position within the YEB accounting shared service organization with interactions across various departments and the opportunity to make a significant impact. To be successful in this role, the Senior Accountant should possess the ability to conduct a wide variety of intricate and complex accounting duties and projects and professionally team with multiple stakeholders and business partners. An ideal candidate would not only be a self-starter who is driven to learn and add value quickly but also should be savvy in Excel, have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain a team-oriented environment. The Senior Accountant should also possess the ability to timely meet deadlines in completing assignments and have strong integrity and ethics as well as the ability to review and analyze current processes for potential improvements. This position is responsible for and will own the financials for the corporate entities within the business unit, including general ledger management and reconciliations as well as income statement and balance sheet preparation and analysis. This role will also assist the YEB Accounting Group with other strategic projects and tasks as needed. This role is for a self-motivated, reliable individual, who, by ensuring financial integrity and promoting financial transparency, will contribute to the rapid growth and success of the company.
