Summary
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will own the technology vision, strategy, org structure, and execution for YEB and all business units while driving business outcomes through both a short and a long-term technology roadmap. This role will evolve over time from leading a highly urgent team that is optimizing the current stack to developing a plan for new business leading products. The leader will work closely with business unit leaders to create better business outcomes and more efficient operational processes that deliver desired outcomes. The CTO will quickly understand YEB’s obsession with delivery of a leading customer digital experience across its registration platforms that promotes acquisition, conversion, and retention. Ultimately, this player & coach leader will usher in a new era of capability and performance in YEB’s technology to support the achievement of its ambitious mission.
Responsibilities:
• Work as a thought partner to CEO, the YEB leadership team and business unit leaders in leading the technology shared service
• Create and own an inspiring technology vision grounded in personal experience and philosophy plus an understanding of market trends & best practices
• Lead application development based on BU priorities which can flex as needed
• Maintain and improve the security of all systems and platforms amidst an ever-changing environment
• Effectively communicate priorities and updates to all stakeholders both internally and externally
• Leverage YEB’s unique scale to drive greater efficiency and vendor partnerships
• Establish and maintain relationships with Managed Service Provider across multiple Business Units
• Responsible for IT budget in the Share Services department including monthly reviews of budget to actuals
• Responsible for managing user access to critical or applications with sensitive information
Requirements:
• Successful experience leading IT/Technology in an organization of comparable size and structure
• Successful experience in e-commerce product development
• Experience with software dev, architecture, and engineering best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to explain complex topics in simple ways
• Experience leading IT department for Shared Service
• Experience leading IT department for PE owned company
• Entrepreneurial approach with a clear understating and connection to business outcomes
• Understanding of youth activity space preferred
• Applicable experience with AI
• Experience working with a PE sponsor and or in a service-based business with multiple brands
• BA/BS Required.

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Youth Enrichment Brands (YEB), you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR support to one or more Business Units. This role requires a proactive and hands-on HR professional who can partner effectively with business leaders to drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement and performance. You will act as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with the broader corporate HR strategy while addressing the unique needs of the business unit.
